It is a spacious and bright house of  300m² on a cliff with a magnificent sea view. On the first floor there are, in an open space, two living rooms (3 sofas each) with a fire place, and a very beautiful dining room with a huge table for 12 people (all Skyrian furniture). There are also two fully equipped kitchens and a WC on the same level. The second floor has 5 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a couch with a bed underneath, and two bathrooms. Both levels have big balconies with balcony furniture.

The square of the house is as follows: 270m² o internal space (on 2 levels), 170m² verandas (on 2 levels), 100m² underground storage with WC and the plot of 700m²

There are also: installation of intercom, installation of sound throughout the house, solar water heater, triple energy boiler, satellite dish, alarm, automatic watering, 2 water supplies, water tank.

There are also air conditions on both floors (8 in total), washing machine, iron, iron board, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, and alarm system (‘’scorpios’’ security company)

In the yard there is a stone-built BBQ and a stove with an extra kitchen sink. The garden is fully covered with flowers and trees.

The house is close to super markets, pharmacies, banks nice taverns and cafeterias but a car is necessary for the daily needs, local sightseeing and the excursions to the surroundings.
